Advantages of Our Machine

First advantage

1)This machine adopts double sides hooked needle locating, so that there is almost no need to clean the half teeth on two sides of zippers.

Second advantage

2)By adopting touch screen control,customers can adjust the machine gapping speed and gapping length optionally.

Third advantage

3) Long model gapping machine is with servo gapping and hooked needle gapping two ways, but short model just with servo gapping way. If customer makes 15cm-100cm zipper, it is better to use hooked needle way , because the gapped zipper length is more accurate than by servo motor gapping way. But the minimum gapping length by hooked needle way cannot be less than 15cm, so customer should use the servo motor gapping way of long model to make zipper shorter than 15cm. The gapping result is similar as the servo gapping way of short model gapping machine.However, if customer always makes zipper longer than 100cm, it is better to choose short model becasue the distance between gapping mould and tape puling part is very short for short model . By this short distance, the elasticity tolerance of zipper will be less,so the gapped length also will be more accurate than long model.
