1. What is the advantages of your die casting mould?
Our materials are authentic FDAC imported from Taiwan. We have learned that there are 4 grades of FDAC materials. The best quality materials are kept in Japanese military enterprises, 2-grade in Japan and the United States, 3-grade in Taiwan and other developed countries, and 4-grade in China and other poor countries. Many of our domestic factories buy FDAC materials with 4-grade materials. The materials we import in Taiwan are totally different from those we buy in China. When the technician grind the materials on the grinder machine, the sparks will be different.

2. Do you sell spare parts for die casting mould?
Yes, normally the spare parts for die casting mould we have mould insert, mould frame, window core, moving core, head of nozzle. You can check and inform what spare parts you need.

3.What is your mold insert made of?
Our mold insert is made of H13.

4. What is your moving core made of?
Our moving core is made of FDAC.

5. What is the tolerance is your moving cores?
In our mould factory, the grinding dimension tolerance of each mold core is 0.002 and the engraving dimension tolerance is 0.02, so that we can ensure that the product size does not have any serious size deviation.
